Friendship is...

“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another, ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.”

A RELATIONSHIP THAT HAS CHANGED

She felt beautiful

After remove a tumor from her breast, she received eight chemotherapies and twenty-five radiotherapies. But there was something that marked her during that stage and it was when she lost her beautiful hair.

She used to keep it long and shiny, but suddenly began to see it on her pillow when se woke up or in the shower when she showered, and when it started to hurt the scalp, decided to shave her hair. I saw how he looked in the mirror every morning and saw that no longer had her hair and still understood that she was beautiful.

She used to put turbans on her head, she told me she looked pretty and I said she was. Part of her rutine was to take a refreshin bath, then filled the eyebrows as it didn't have much hair in that zone.

Time passed and every time i looked her more tired but always kept the smile.
One day she was so weak that I had to take her to the hospital, they wouldn't let me spend with her. After tests and tests, the nurses told me what I feared so much, because the cancer had returned.
I walked into his room, she slept but when I came in woke up, asked me if I was still beautiful a I told her she never stopped being. He asked me for water and I went to the machine of the hall for a bottle.
When I got to the room with the bottle I saw her resting again, I tried to wake her up but i wasn't able to do it. I called the nurses and the told me what I wasn't prepared to hear.

I think she thought I love her for her beauty, she was conceited, but she didn't know that I was in love with her and not with her hair or with her eyebrows. I miss her.
